Microsoft Forms


Microsoft Forms is used to create, disseminate, tabulate, and evaluate surveys, quizzes, and polls. Microsoft Forms should not be used when working with confidential information or if retention requirements exist.

Summary of Utility

Microsoft Forms is used to create online surveys, quizzes, and polls. As responses are submitted, the creator can view real-time results, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for additional analysis or grading.

Accessing Microsoft Forms

  1. Open Microsoft Forms.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Enter your TAMU-CC email address.
  4. Select Next.
  5. Duo 2 Factor authentication will begin.
  6. Complete the Duo authentication.
