IT will be retiring our OpenFire chat server, which provided a chat/instant message service for end users prior to Cisco Jabber replacing this solution. Most users would connect to the OpenFire chat service using applications such as Pandion or Spark. Users should now be using Cisco Jabber for their chat/instant message needs.

Users will not receive a notification on their workstation, the push will be sent to their push-capable device and it is the only method available for Duo Security (text message and phone calls are not supported).|
